Chairman of the Board
Lars Persson, MSc., born 1955, has been Chairman of the Board of Invent Medic since March 2010.
Persson has over 25 years of experience from senior positions in the life science and venture capital industry. He has worked at, among others, Atos Medical AB and Industrifonden, and his latest position was as CEO for Almi Invest Syd AB. Lars Persson has extensive experience as chairman of the board and member of the board, especially in the life science industry.
Gun-Britt Franson, born in 1953, was elected as a board member of the company in 2016.
Fransson has more than 30 years of experience in management, business development, research and development in the biotechnology, food and pharmaceutical industries. Up until 2018, Fransson was VP of research and development at Probi AB. Previous positions include CEO of Alligator Bioscience AB, Research Director at Orkla Foods A.S and several positions in research management at Procordia Food AB and KabiPharmacia AB. Fransson has extensive experience from working as chairman of the board and board member in private and state-owned companies, charities and universities.
Helena Liljedahl, born in 1966, was elected as a board member of the company in 2017.
Liljedahl has over 25 years of experience working in marketing, sales, production, outsourcing, consulting, finance and management at mainly owner-led consumer goods companies. Liljedahl has held several senior positions within, among others, The Weleda Group, Mindfulnessgruppen, BabyBjörn AB and ImseVimse AB. Liljedahl’s main focus is change management, business development and building a holistic view of the business. Liljedahl holds a MSc in Business and Economics from Stockholm University and Julius-Maximilians-Universität in Würzburg, Germany.
Helen Richenzhagen, born in 1975, was elected as a board member of the company in 2021.
Richenzhagen has many years of international experience from senior positions within sales of FMCG products, both through importers and own subsidiaries. She is an active board member on a number of boards linked to consumer goods and/or healthcare. Richenzhagen holds the position of Global Sales Director at TePe Munhygienprodukter AB, where she has worked since 2001 and taken an active part in developing international sales from 60 MSEK to the current 850 MSEK. Richenzhagen has started subsidiaries on behalf of TePe in Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, France, the United States and Australia. Her main focus is to provide support for the development of the national and international sales of Efemia’s products. Richenzhagen has completed a board education at ELF in Lund and an Executive MBA with the M-group in Stockholm.
Frida Wilhelmsson Ulfbratt, born in 1974, was elected as a board member of the company in 2021.
Frida Wilhelmsson Ulfbratt has more than 20 years of experience from strategic work in marketing and communication, primarily within medical technology in an international environment. Frida is currently working as Global Brand and Communication Director at Mölnlycke Health Care, and before that she was Senior Manager, Media and Production at Cochlear. Frida’s main focus and strength is to lead in change, build strong brands and drive success through communication. She has studied Information and Business Communication at IHM Business School.
